Being able to filter on a regex, and then use matches from the regex in the output dir would be awesome.
E.g: match on ^(.+)\.S\d\dE\d\d and output to D:\Video\TV\%1\ would output Heroes.S01E01 to D:\Video\TV\Heroes\

great prog!!..........
Big issue is the monitoring of dirs :

Normaly i start a download (dl) for say a tv series. That takes about 20 mins to dl. But SCRU only does unpacking if the rars are there in 3 secs (default) and no rescan possible. Would be better if it keeps checking dirs until rars are all there then do the unpacking. Now i still have to manually first dl in a separate dir then move it to unpacking dir.
Also automatic delete of the dl dir after succesfull unpack would be nice.

Also would it be nice to automaticly unpack an .iso or.img file (like say for a movie). I saw you use unrar.dll and ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll for unpacking. Perhaps switch to 7zip dll. This one can unpack almost every archive out there (including iso img). It also has a dll for interfacing (i used it in a .net app and works perfect including progress indication in api).

uTorrent can automatically move completed downloads to a specified directory (see uTorrent options), but it can take a fairly long time for the move to finish if your download is several gigs in size and you are moving across drives. As I said in an earlier post, this can cause issues since SCRU will fire up and fail while the move is going on.

Just use utorrent move function on same disc, then scru can unpack to another physical disc. No biggie.

I am only struggling with whenever I need to edit/add some filters in the program, the gui takes ages to appear. It says not responding for a period of time, then all of a sudden it works normal.

I'm guessing this thread along with the development is dead.

anyway, for my last post I wanted to thank the developer.

Same here, thanks to the dev. I still use this everyday. If you ever do decide to revive this, that would also be cool.

i would like an option in SCRU that sorts series in to folders like

-serie.name
--s1
---serie.name.s1e1
---serie.name.s1e2
--s2
---serie.name.s2e1
---serie.name.s2e2
...

that would be awesome to never sort a serie again :)
